That is what Cindy calls them. I had my left eye done on Tuesday and yesterday was the follow up visit. I believe with my new left bionic eye I actually read some of the 20/20 line on the eye chart. I don't feel like I can see that good but it is sure a lot better than what I was born with. After my visit I picked up my new glasses, boy they are going to take some getting use to. Verilux more like goodalux getting use to them. I have already found it just easier to put on reading glasses to use the computer. It is just 5:35am so I will wait to post this maybe I will go outside on this glorious day and take a picture of myself in my new eyes. I brought the pair of my last thick glasses to show the doctor. This was a pair that I bought and never wore because they where to thick and heavy. The doctor was quite amazed, I said Doc this is what you saved me from. Then I started to get teary eyed. I know he will get paid but I don't think I can thank him enough. Hopefully now none of my other eye problems will pop up for awhile so I can get my moneys worth out of this. Now to get Jay to do it sometime in the future. When you are ready say the word I will take you to every visit but I am not paying for it. Here is a couple pics of MEEEE!!!
How do you like my new glasses? I know they look a lot like my old pair. Actually these are the pair I never wore. For this shot only then off to donate them to the Lion's Club.
Me in my new spectacles. Thanks Ben Franklin.
The leaves are starting to look gorgeous, I think Cindy and I are taking the Pike County Fall Color Drive Saturday. I am about sick of staying in the house or going to the eye doctor.
I hope everyone enjoys a great weekend.

The color drive sounds like fun. I will be in Lexington, IL for a family wedding. Would rather be taking in the beauty of my favorite season!

My sexy new man with your miracle eyes!!! I can't ever thank Dr Sieck enough for all he's done to change your life for the better. The leaves will be even more beautiful, and it will be like your first visit to your happy place(silver dollar city) to see the lights this year. I'm looking forward to SEEING things with you on our little trips.

Enjoy the color drive! I would love to do that...but know the kids (and Matt) would hate it.
You look more like JFK now, so if you see Marilyn Monroe, RUN!
Congratulations on your new vision.

Jan: You like the new glasses Rizz?
Rizzo: No, you can still see your face.
Just joking. I enjoyed our visit the other day. Congrats on the new eyes.
Don't blame me for Verlux.
I'd go with good OLD FASHION bi-focals if I were you.
