OK>>>can't stand it...YES....CODY GOT A JOB...... He will be a reporter for the Jacksonville Journal-Courier beginning October 6th. WE are all SO happy...He kept it to himself ALL day, made Joe and me a wonderful steak dinner, and when we were telling him how good the meal was he said "well I'm glad you enjoyed it, b/c I won't be cooking for you much longer" and walked off...We are like..huh, what? WHY???? He said something we didn't understand, but came back in the kitchen and handed us a letter that was offering him a job. Joe cried, I cried, and Cody just beamed....We could hardly believe it at first. It was the most AMAZING dinner he has ever made, and I can barely remember what the food tasted like!!! So look at Jacksonville...HERE comes my little Superman!!!
Well there is a very intelligent man in Jacksonville to see that Cody is THE person for that newspaper.....way to go Cody. I am so happy for you to join the work force, and so very proud that this chance to gain some experience has come your way. I know you will be a SUPER reporter.(You even have the Clark Kent glasses)CONGRATS!!!!
What a cute way to break the news to mom and dad! Congrats Cody, I know you will shine in your new job! Is there paper online so we can all read your articles?? I will have to hug you next time I see you!!
