On this Valentines Day eve when all of us are thinking about our sweeties, my thoughts have been turned to Joe Neustadt. A sweetie in his own right. I recently found out the the National Marfan Foundation Fund drive has just started. The Neustadts and Neuco Inc are sponsoring a challege, any money raised will be matched dollar for dollar. I told Joyce Trine that I would post this information on my blog in case someone would be interested in donating.

I read about this in the Marfans magazine, and got a challenge card in the mail. Barb and daughters and Neuco are matching gifts up to $10,000. I'm in...anyone else??????
I'm in too. I have a friend with Marfans also, anyone remember Pam?
Of course we are in also. I do remember Pam D., and am surprised to hear she has this also. How is she? Barb's girls are on a new medication that is suppose to help with the cardiac problems associated with Marfan's. If only Joe N. could still be here to continue the fight. He'd be proud of his "girls" for carrying on the battle.
I get teary eyed and smiley at the same time when I think of Joe. What a guy! I'm in.
