Depressing

How about some depressing news for a change?

July is half over
The year is more than half over
Summer is half over
School is starting in 5 weeks
The hottest days of summer are yet to come
The days are already getting shorter
Cold weather and high energy bills are coming fast
Christmas is about 5 months away
The stock market is down
Gas prices are at an all time high.
Oh yes and it is Jan’s birthday
HAPPY 60TH BIRTHDAY

Happy Birthday Jan! Hope it's relaxing & enjoyable.

Thanks for the depressing list today Joe. I'm going to go bury my head in the sand for awhile;)

Happy Birthday Jan! I hope you didn't have to work.

I found Joe's list very disenchanting!

I'm sorry we missed the party. It sounded like a good one. I hope you have a happy birthday Aunt Janet!!

Happy birthday to my favorite sister. It's a three way tie between Jan, Jane, and Jill.

How does it feel to be as old as I am?

Thanks for the birthday wishes and to all who came to celebrate with me. I did have to work today but when you're as old as me it doesn't matter.
As you can see, the Grim Reaper scared me half to death, luckily my heart held out.

Am I the only one that caught that Janet pants are unzipped in half my picture....She must be getting forgetful! Kris, you did an amazing job getting it all together and we had a blast at the party!!! Jan, you've always seemed so young and vibrant, and I suspect I will still think so when they are hauling me off to the nursing home. Happy Birthday and wishes for many many more.
