SILVER DOLLAR CITY

By 4pm we will be at SDC enjoying the Christmas lights.

We will go Saturday and Sunday nights. With a lot of shopping throw in during the days. We are also going to see Jim Stafford in concert, if you don't know him google it.

Here is a few pictures from previous visits.

We are too excited to sleep.

The entrance to Silver Dollar City. Inside a huge barn full of Christmas trees and ornaments.Cindy loves Santa.....remember he only comes once a year.In the square, notice the 30 foot blue Christmas tree. This is the kids fun and playhouse. In the square again. The lights on the tree change all the while it plays Christmas music. In front of Santa's toy shop.Cindy asked them why they were just standing there and they said, "We are waiting for the snow blower to come by" Cindy drinking her hot wassail. Google it also if you want to know.
with the fat man again, what's up?

Stay
warm. I know we will be warm and cozy out in the middle of all the Christmas lights.

Aiden was looking at the pictures with me and was excited to see Santa. I think he should go on the trip with you. I'll drop him off.

Have an awesome time you two!

Thanks for coming to Em's game last night...means more than you know. Our kids are our greatest treasures! :)

I am glad you two have this tradition. Have a blast and don't try to think about me and my problem. It will be okay. I'll deal with it. You go have fun while I tend to this. It's okay.

Really, Joe it's okay. Go on now, git.

I know you will have a great time! Drive safely, and tell Santa I have been good.

Have a super time. And don't worry about Jeff at all. He's a big boy and can handle middle-aged acne.

Yay...we are HERE!!!!! Just arrived at the hotel...loading up on clothing layers, then off to our "happy place"

Sorry we must have just Missed you Kelly...I was wondering why Uncle Joe was rushing me along this morning and we had to leave before daylight.

Deb...I OH so agree with you...Joe and I were talking about Emma's game on the way home, and we decided we need to try harder to get to these things...We may never have grandkids to do it for, so we are blessed to have LOTS of nieces and nephews...2 generations of them.

Jer..thanks for taking in the mail and papers, and PACKAGES...I told Joe not to order that anvil before we left.

Poor Andre...Santa knows better....but he understands the 'naughty' in you..he IS a man after all. Also Santa love children and he knows how NICE you are to all kids, especially your girls (you're such a good mom) SOOOOOO I know he will be good to you for being good to Jay, your girls and all those you love.

Paulette. I dont' know how lucky the skunks are that we saw smashed in the road on the drive her, but we are lucky to be going to have wassel and a funnel cake, as well as the Skillet Dinner (bowl of goodness) within the hour.

jeff who? Do we know you?

Well, the anvil didn't arrive (thank heaven), but I did get your mail and newspaper. Hope you're having the best time ever.
