I have been playing around with some software and made a slideshow of our Colorado trip in 2007. I just thought I might share. Warning it is over 20 minutes.
And what software did you use to make this? I've been trying free stuff out online for the last couple of weeks. But they either won't let you use your own choice of music, they want you to pay after so many slides, etc. Just curious!
And....what lens did you use on the chipmunk & portrait shots with the shallow depth of field? Those are awesome!
Brian and I were thinking about going next year if you guys all went but I doubt we will be doing that since our friend will only be about five months old.
I used adobe photoshop element 6. It came with my computer. the lens is my 70mm-300mm. shot at 200mm, f7.1, 1/400sec and i was real close anyway..... for the chipmunk.
If you want you can try to install that program if I can find it in my mess.
Kris that would be the best time to take your "Little buddy" He and/or she can't spend you into the poor house for go-kart rides.
I dont know which brought the tears to my eyes:the music, the gorgeous pictures, or the fact I could watch the video on my computer! Amazing Joe......do you have a date picked-I am ready! Kris-Blake was only 5 months old when he first went.....
Kris- Please come! I am so glad we have traveled with our kids...and Blake was the exact age your lil one will be on his first trip!!! I have never regreted the extra effort it takes to travel with kids...and so much better than staying home!
Definitely a good time to travel Kris...you can put him/her in a backpack...piece of cake. I had forgotten how little Ty and Aiden were on this trip. Aiden was in the backpack for all the hikes that trip too.
