I was blessed to see my great niece baptized this weekend in Davenport, IA. It was a wonderful service in the beautiful chapel at St. Ambrose University where Katie's daddy works, and is an alumni. It seemed so perfect for their new family to begin Katie's religious life there too. Kris and Brian had everyone over for luncheon after and the food was amazing. Kris did such a great job. It was also the first time I got to see their new home since they got married, and it is a beautiful home in a great area. I know they will create many wonderful memories there as a family. Thank you again Kris and Brian for inviting us (so sorry Uncle Joe had to work) and thank you John and Paulette for offering me the ride...I'd have not attempted it on my own with the wonderful weather Mother Nature broke out for the first day of Spring.

I am so glad to see pictures! Katie looked beautiful! I wish we could have been there but am looking forward to finally getting to meet her and snuggle at their Easter visit:)
It was an super day-Katie is doll and I loved all my cuddling time. The ceremony was perfect-as is my grand-niece
