Our living room facelift is pretty much complete with the exception of finding some accent pieces to go next to Adam's art. The couch is just right, but the chairs are a bit large for the space, but Joe and I love them and it is just us most the time now anyway. Kirby is NOT happy that no one wants to sit by him anymore though =] I am also considering darker sheers for the windows, but my guess is that I will never get to those either...I know me so well. Next I plan to move to the stairway to paint it the same as the "Newsworthy Neutral"on the walls there...it seems to blend well with the carpet, and I have lots of that color left over. The "Deep Redwood" wall took 4 coats and almost a gallon of paint, but the other 3 walls barely took over a half gallon and 2 coats. I'm hoping to get more of Adam's art pieces framed to hang in the stairway too. I finally got Cody's 6 Monty Phython prints framed up for him and he hung them above his sofa. Eric has the one really large piece Adam did, so we all have Adam's art displayed in our homes. Tell me again why I wasn't that supportive of Adam's Art Major???? BadMOM--but I do love him like crazy.

LOVE the new look-you have such a good eye for combining colors. and that furniture looks so comfy....John could be asleep in 5 minutes next time we visit
Love the accent wall. Hardly recognize the home place. I still see us boys imprint of our butts in front of the television though.
