Hey, he's only 35! :) It was a great day and I was so happy to be able to share it with him. Can't wait until he sees these pictures.

Thank you, Uncle Joe, for posting those beautiful pictures of my sweet baby! He was (and is) sooooo cute!!! :-) We did have a surprise dinner and cake for him. It was great! And we did let him win in poker--after all, it was his birthday.
Uncle Joe, thank you so much for writing and wishing me a happy birthday. I've only seen allusions to your blog but have never visited until now. I've looked around a bit and see that I've been missing a lot. Well, it's in my favorites now, so I'll be stopping by much more often. I love you and thank you very much.

OH--I USED to be all IMPRESSED with that ""Mr. Special Forces Power Rangers Guy"" thing, then I started watching "The Unit" ....NOW those are 'real' soldiers---and dont' a one of you say "they are actors"! In my fantasy world, they are the real deal...My favorite new show.
If you'd ever seen Rob's "different" IDs you'd know that he does the same stuff the Unit does. Ask him next time you see him.
