BLOGGIN' FROM BRANSON

Having a great time here at Branson and Silver Dollar City. The weather has been great here. In the 70's the last 2 days. It doesn't exactly feel like winter, less snuggling with my baby....it's to hot. Still having a good time watching the shows and eating all the different snacks, like funnel cake and apple dumplings. See you all in a couple days.

The pictures just don't do this place justice.

It is past WARM...I saw a lady in a tank top and a couple little ones in strollers that were barefoot, and I didn't even think they were nuts. It didn't even cool down much last night, but we took our sweatshirts so we wore them. Still we couldn't help get caught up in the holiday feeling. We loved the shows, and look forward to the Dixie Stampede today. HO HO HO MERRY CHRISTMAS

Sounds just wonderful, Joe and Cindy. The weather is just what we're experiencing here. It got down to the low 60s last night and mid to high 70s today. Supposed to cool down a little for Thanksgiving, with a high in the mid 60s and will get to 40s at night.

It's 70 degrees at 5PM! They are calling for a rain/snow mix Wednesday evening. I don't think anybody has to worry about driving, as the streets will be too warm. Kids today are running around in shorts!
I love the picture of Cindy with the snowmen!!!

Glad you are having so much fun. The pictures are beautiful. I'll take this nasty weather over rain and/or snow/sleet. Have a safe trip home.

I'd love some snow...when we get home. Joe reminded me that it snowed 14" on December 1st last year....bring it on.

We had a great time at Dixie Stampede last night...I couldn't imagine a meal like that and NO SILVERWARE...I kid you not..it is called finger food....a whole rotisserie chicken, a slice of bbq flavor pork loin, corn on the cob, creamy vegetable soup, biscuit, herb baked potato (served in a thick slice) and a warm apple turnover. NO SILVERWARE. The show was so much fun...so festive, and he horses were incredible...for a small arena they rode really fast through there. It was one of th most amazing live Nativity's I've ever seen. It gave me a chill when the dove flew across the room to land on the most beautiful angel suspended from the ceiling at the end.
