10, 70.....You are as young as you feel Storm, but it is good to know you will be leading the group from now on...we needed someone with brains.... And who could not look into THOSE eyes and not want to follow you anywhere.
Storm appreciates the blog...what a great dog he is. Perfect with kids, although now that our kids are becoming Bozarth Loud, Storm prefers to be outside much more than his younger years. I have so many Storm Stories (no, not the weather channel series) that would make anyone laugh...
I still love the picture of him wearing tighty whities. Too funny. Storm is an awesome dog and is beautiful on top of it. I still think he's a human trapped in a dog's body though.
He was so precious as a puppy. Too bad he only stayed small for like 47 minutes.
When Storm came home, he was smaller than Rascal...for about a week.I knew Matt would be a great Dad, when he spent the first months sleeping with Storm on the kitchen floor until he was potty-trained.As much as I love Storm, i said I would never have another dog that dug huge holes, shed hair everywhere, and was so set in his ways...never say never!
I love the picture but come on Joe you must really be bored or need new topics, If you start blogging all the animals, you will really be busy, anyway Happy Birthday Storm
I think Jer's blog is a dog's blog at times. So you Joe can blog about PEOPLE, vibrant young people, like you and Cindy and your upcoming trip. The trials and triumphs of the Post Office would be of interest. The cost of a stamp is cheap....and the letter can go far...
I keep laughing every time I look at this picture. Don't you just wonder what Storm is thinking?? Probably something about having to wear a shirt and pose for a picture.
I still believe Storm will one day speak clear English to me - he already communicate's clearly with the looks he gives me. Two of my favorites: 1)When the boys starting chasing each other around the house hollering, Storm slowly gets up, goes to the back door, the looks back at me over his shoulder and I know he is saying "Matt, you 'some beach' it used to just be me and you" 2)The night my buddy Greg left half of his footlong sub on the counter to eat later, we look in and see Storm belly up to the counter just chowin' down, I go in yelling and slapping his rear, he looked up and me with a mouth full of sandwhich and I know he said "Matt, you could beat me to death right now, but I'm stilling eating your buddies sandwhich"
I got 300 more of these...my favorite all time is much better live (much like me in the caption game)
That's some funny shit Matt, maybe you could work up a calendar with a different Storm story for everyday. Funny Sadie did that to me with a sub sandwich but I could get it away from her(the next day I had to put her down) I wouldn't want to try to take that away from Storm.
My favorite Storm story shows how stubborn he is...Storm was begging Matt to take a walk and Matt wouldn't move. He finally yelled at Storm to go lay down. Storm walked right over to where Matt's coat was hanging on a chair, lifted his leg, and stared right at Matt as he peed all over the jacket! He's got a way of getting his point across!
He's a great dog and has been so good with the boys! I hope we have many more years together with him.
PS- That picture cracks me up because it was taken the day we found out we were pregnant with Blake. I can't believe I made him take a "big brother" picture with that t-shirt on! Poor guy:)
I am really positive there is a person inside Storm-he has too many meaningful looks and is so smart. He can swipe a roll off your plate without you seeing him....except for the chewing as he walks away.
Well Beth gave away my favorite one...as funny as it is, trust me, it is much funnier when I reinact it live!...of course when I went to slap his butt he looked at me and said "you could beat me right now, but I still pissed all over your jacket"...and instead of beating him I actually took him on his walk - Storm won that day.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIG GUY....
He looks younger than Jer!

He's beautiful. His cousins--Quincy and Cookie--say Happy Birthday!

Mr. Peepers is a very private cat. Jay really loves that cat ;-X Don't ever blog about Mr. Peepers, he would be devestated. (Jay)

Hey...I just did a whole expose on Leaf Trails and their importance to National Security.

Leaf trails was very interesting to me. I was disturbed that so few had a comment on it.

If Storm starts doing your turkey impression, we're in trouble.

I think we could do the caption contest here--with everyone signing in anonymously and being honest later about which answer was there.
