CHRISTMAS EVE MORNING

Well it's Christmas Eve morning and for a Bozarth male that usually means time to start your shopping. I got to get going soon and get some things for Cindy, the boys are done....I hope. With Christmas almost here my thoughts turn to New Years day of the past. I want to try something different this year. Why don't we have a party on New Years Day.
You are welcome to come over at 11:00AM and then we can go out to the cemetery at 11:30. And if anyone is interested you are all welcome to come back to our house and play some games.
We can play anything BUT I would kind of like to play Texas Hold'em to see if I can Kick Jer's Ass. If I can't I just made an Ass of myself. Oops first time for that.
If anyone has a different game feel free to leave it at home.
Or bring it.

I wonder if New Years Day will bring special visitors this year. Will Jer bring a kid from Chaddock or the couple with the undetermined wedding date. Will it bring 4 visitors from the west, that are damn happy they live so far away from the Bozzarf's. Will the newlyweds from the east arrive by dog sled and surprise us. Or the ultimate Coup de Grace will Jim and Karen pull the triple-dog-dare surprise and surprise us by coming because we thought they would not come but the last time they thought it was a surprise when they came with Jer so then they came but it wasn't a surprise because Jer leaked it to the media. But the surprise was on Jim because he had to ride with Jer. Whewwww.
We will try to let you know what we are having to eat. Either soup or sandwiches or something. It won't be 100 manicottis. But like usual bring some kind of snack to put on the food trough ( a box-like eating vessel for farm animals)
No Captain is needed, I have a large bottle, enough to swab several poop decks.
And I also have a case of beer of which Bozarth's don't drink to much of these days.
Otherwise bring your own drinks.

Bring your stale beer for Mom and Dad.

I will see most of you this evening.

MERRY CHRISTMAS
Just a small part
of a great family.

And once again if I pissed anyone
off read my disclaimer.

I would like to wish a very Merry Christmas, and a Blessed New Year to each and every member of this wonderful, crazy, functionally- disfunctional Family of Ours. I wouldn't trade a one of you!!! We are blessed, most especially with GREAT kids...they may turn it around for us yet...if not...it is up to Drew, Kayla, Noah, Hunter, Blake, Ty and Aiden...Good luck Boys (and Kayla). and to all that come after you!

I'm REALLY looking forward to New Years Day especially since xmas eve seems to be a bust for us. I always enjoy new years a bit better though because the stress of xmas is over and it is just a fun day to relax. Hope to see everyone then~

Joe, I am going to be there New Years Day. This increases your chance to beat Jer at Texas Holdem, since I don't know how to play. (Jay will teach me on the 30th.....he's always yearned to instruct me)
Kelly, I'm so sorry two of your boys are sick! I hope they feel better fast!

Merry Christmas! Mr. Potter
I hope all who are sick get to feeling better soon. Looking forward to tonight and New Years when Jer won't be playing against "special ed forces" but by men taught to gamble by Eddie Bozarth. A hand of Red Dog anybody?

ok andrea-you also told us you didn't know how to play Texas poker-and you beat us all then ! What a con job!Joe-this was the funniest blog yet...I am still laughing. Wishing all the family a Merry christmas-especially those far away. Your novel idea for New years Day is great-can't wait.

Love it. I'll bring my card protector. (Anyone else play with one of those? And no, it's not a condom.)

Wish I could talk R and B into coming with me, but nope--they won't be on the surprise guest list. Bea is going to Aurora on January 4th, as a kind guest of Karen and Jim, so I know I can't talk her into going to Q-town too.

Yeah, I'm disappointed, but I understand. There's so much to do here and they can't find anyone to watch the dogs over the holidays. Maybe they'll surprise you another time. Sure hope so. See you soon.

Had a great time at Jan and Tim's. Thanks so much. We sure did miss the family that wasn't there and hopefully we can all be together some day. It was nice to talk to some and will try to talk to others today. Joe - you really did outdid yourself. You really are the funniest Bozarth. Thanks for keeping us entertained and thanks to Jer for starting it all. Thanks to Kelly for making me glad my kids are growing up and I always feel lucky next to the Klauser's. Above all thanks for this great dysfuntional family that always makes me laugh, cry and be so happy to have had parents that taught us how to love, laugh, cry, work hard and how fortunate we are to be a Bozarth.

I am going to try to win New Years Day. There will be a whole new cadre of players to beat! Christmas eve at Jan and Tim's was great. I hope the Klauser family is feeling better!
